How much does it cost?
Starter Shots are $5/month — workout tracking, cloud sync, programs, and stats. Want AI to build your programs, coach your sessions, and generate workouts on the fly? Go Brim for the price of a flat white. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of the full experience.
How does AI help me?
Three things. It builds full training programs based on your goals, equipment, and schedule. It analyzes your workouts after each session — what went well, what to adjust. And Smart & Dirty generates one-off sessions when you need a quick workout and don't want to think. It's a training partner, not a chatbot.
Does it work offline?
Yes. FWK is a PWA — install it to your home screen and it works without internet. Log your entire workout offline, and it syncs when you're back online. No app store needed.
Is my data private?
Your workout data is stored locally on your device and synced to secure servers when you're logged in. Payments go through Stripe — we never see your card. Delete your account anytime and everything goes with it.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Cancel from Settings, keep access until the end of your billing period. No emails begging you to stay, no hidden fees. If FWK doesn't help you stack bags, we don't earn it either.
